All accommodations feature convenient keypad entry. You'll receive your unique access code and check-in instructions before arrival.

Is there a front desk?

We do not have a traditional front desk or 24-hour onsite staff. Our property offers a more private, boutique-style experience. We are available to answer questions through your booking app, by email or phone.

Will someone be available if I need assistance?

Owner Gary enjoys welcoming guests whenever possible and is happy to answer questions or provide a tour of the property. During your stay, we're available through Airbnb or VRBO messaging, as well as by text or email.

Are pets allowed?

No. We maintain a pet-free property and cannot accommodate dogs or other pets.

Are parties or gatherings allowed?

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and gatherings are not permitted unless special arrangements have been approved in advance for a whole-house rental.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to be respectful of others during these times.

We usually have light breakfast items available and complimentary coffee and cream are available for guests to enjoy.

Do the rooms have kitchens?

Each suite includes a kitchenette equipped for light meal preparation. Our houses feature full kitchens and gathering spaces. Full kitchen use is reserved for guests who have rented the entire house.

Is parking available?

Yes, but parking is limited. Each room includes one onsite parking space. If guests arrive in multiple vehicles, additional vehicles must be parked offsite at the Mathews Port Fun Park & Ride.

Can I bring a boat or kayak?

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to arrive by boat or bring their own kayaks. A public boat launch is conveniently located nearby at Hole in the Wall Waterfront Grill.

Is the Island golfcart or bike friendly?

Accepted Answer

The island does not permit the use of golf carts, however many do enjoy cycling on the Island!  You are welcome to bring your own bikes, just be aware that there are no bike lanes and you should use caution on the roads.
